Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

Used when communicating with clients or other providers to make sure it is HIPAA-compliant and secure. Has been especially helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic since we are all working remotely and need to have encrypted communications with each other online.
  • Fairly streamlined and simple.
  • Encrypted and safe.
  • Mostly intuitive, but some clients have difficulty figuring it out.
  • Sometimes the emails go to spam folders, but not sure how to remedy that.
I have never used their support so am not sure, but glad that I haven't had to try! That says something.

Logging in is fast and easy; and I do believe clients appreciate not having to make a unique login to reply to my messages.
Well-suited for healthcare workers who need an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant way to communicate, especially if doing telehealth.
