Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

DataMotion is being currently used in our organization to encrypt email messages and automatically monitor all our outbound emails. It is being used across the whole organization and has yielded great results. Through the extension of DataMotion across the whole company, it has greatly decreased the risk of exposure to our email communications and we are able to share data with great confidence.
  • Easy to use and accessible by all our end users.
  • It allows us to monitor all our sensitive data to ensure compliance and security.
  • It allows sharing of data internally and externally.
  • For large file encryption and transfer, DataMotion provides secure file transfer.
  • They do not show the cost of the product publicly which was our cause of concern.
  • Our end users have increased their confidence.
  • Decreased the risk of exposure of all our sensitive data.
  • Easy to measure our security enforcement through tracking of all email messages and files.
The support team is very friendly and ready to solve all issues from its product users. They are available 24/7 on the phone and by email.

It is well suited for organizations that transfer large files and share files with sensitive data that when hacked can jeopardize the company brand. It is less appropriate for organizations that are not digitally transitioned and rarely use the internet to communicate.
