Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion SecureMail

We use DataMotion to securely send all types of documents to patients that contain Protected Health Information. It eliminates the need for faxing or mailing records and other requests by parents.

Pros

  • Secure.
  • Easy integration.

Cons

  • Clunky interface.
  • Not user friendly for person receiving email.
  • Eliminated costs of postage, envelopes, paper, ink on things we would have had to print to send.
  • Saves staff time.
We were having issues with the interface of nKrypt (Protected Trust) and our email software so we switched to DataMotion. We have had no interface issues.
Never had to use the support.

DataMotion gets the job done and securely emails what we need it to. It integrates well with our email software. It runs in to trouble with delivering emails depending on the security settings of the recipient.
