Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

Dayforce is our Payroll and HR platform. We use it for Payroll processing, recruiting, employment records, and performance management. Dayforce is used daily at our company.

Dayforce is one of the only systems that allows us to list multiple work assignments. In the fitness industry this is crucial since most team members do multiple jobs. Having everything in one place makes our jobs as administrators so much easier. Couldn't imagine using modules outside of Dayforce to complete tasks.

I think Dayforce is a great platform for companies. When changes need to be made to the system, customer service is a little lacking. Changes aren't always timely and can be very expensive.
