Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools
DemandTools is being used by our salesforce department specifically. The business problems addressed are the needs to do quick mass updates to our salesforce database, and to maintain data quality.
- Data management
- Improving data quality
- Deletion of records
- Flexibility of rules when filtering/searching records in various tools (i.e. searching by formulas).
- Being able to run a SECOND record filter after the records are put into buckets (for single table de-dupe). For some of the looser matching scenarios, this would allow me to be able to exclude GROUPS based on whether or not they had at least 1 record with a recent date. As of now, filtering out records with recent dates will just miss the duplicates.
- Case time is drastically reduced for our support team, since we don't have to use the native salesforce upload.
- The improved data quality leads to improved ROI.
