Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

The Deputy application is a very useful tool in our organization because everyone in our organization uses it to provide accurate timekeeping to determine the hours of entry, breaks and work departures and lead to a fairer payroll process. The application integrates a professional technical support section through live chats where the attention has been excellent in the few occasions that we have required support. Likewise, they are very efficient and fast in their responses and actions. The tool has shown a very fast adaptation by most of our employees, there have been very few who have required minimal training assistance, it has a very simple platform and much more for its extension to mobile devices.
  • The application is perfect for employees to make shift changes or claim open slots in daily shifts to change tasks or set up under directive authorization for breaks.
  • Deputy provides both workers and management with notifications via email, text message or from the app itself to remind them of entry times, remaining minutes in break times and approximate departure times.
  • The Deputy application is the only one of its kind that has prices as affordable as the ones it integrates, since for a company, no matter how big or small, it is necessary to pay $8 per user per month.
  • To remove a shift from an employee, Deputy to reschedule a shift for a certain employee, the application instead of deleting all the shifts to redo them, you must delete them one by one manually.
  • So far it seems to us an update flaw that license renewal requests cannot be accepted or declined from the mobile application, but must be done from a computer with the integrated application.
  • Sometimes the Deputy, when the timekeeper that integrates the application in computers is paused, at the end of the working day, it does not correctly express the time used or not used.
  • We can optimize schedules based on labor reports in the case of operations and sales for field personnel, and we can keep track of hours and management of work activities.
  • The most used by our organization is the communication we maintain with employees, we can keep them informed about tasks to be performed, events inside and outside the company and meeting schedules according to the department that is required.
  • We can synchronize in a cloud all the information of work times obtained by employees and export them to our suppliers who are responsible for making payroll and thus streamline and automate processes.
  • Thanks to this application we have been able to accurately determine the time spent by employees, without having to pay excessive overtime or disproportionate days off worked.
  • Deputy has streamlined the time spent on tasks by our operations staff, and our product is completed in less time than before.

The application has been totally useful in our company because we work with employees who need to clock in and out, so we can narrow down the time spent and determine our payroll more accurately. Deputy has been perfectly suited for our operations staff because that department must manage multiple tasks daily, and with the mobile extension they can diversify their time spent on each task. Through Deputy we can make notifications regarding work time, including holiday or deadline notifications for the completion of a task. Similarly, we can personally notify an employee when he/she is assigned a day off.
