We use Deputy for scheduling, looking at the trends in our Business needs, and confirming payroll.

Pros

  • Creating schedules
  • Effective clock in by geo-location
  • User friendly and easy to navigate

Cons

  • Improve location information to provide addresses of the locations
  • Allow downloads of the people with their information on a spreadsheet
  • Instead of push notifications have proper notifications that start in the app, reminders to clock in, etc
  • Time saved
  • Improved payroll
  • Cost savings from our previous scheduling app

Our staff has had an easier time using it and they seem to understand it better than the other software we used previously.
Deputy makes schedule creation easier and allows for easier communication with the team. It is just friendly which has enabled our staff to learn about the available shifts and assign themselves for them.
