Across the whole organization, both in the office and on mobile.

Cons

  • The desktop app doesn't support keyboard shortcuts.
  • The syncing with Google Contacts is limited and could be improved.
  • No negative impacts at all.
The desktop app in Jive wasn't being supported and we couldn't make calls from a desktop directory. Dialpad changed that.
Top-notch support. Very fast in responding to inquiries.
