Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

Our company decided to go without a receptionist, so Dialpad has been a great asset in routing our phone calls to the correct department, and getting sales calls forwarded to our sales team.

Pros

  • Rings to both computer and cell phone.
  • Records and transcribes calls.
  • It has a lot of functions for business hours, on vacation, etc.

Cons

  • I sometimes have to sign out and sign back into the app every time I connect my Bluetooth device.
  • Connecting to the desired microphone, speaker/headset.
  • Getting forwarded to the website to see some transcriptions.
  • Time savings
  • Ease of access to Client contact info
  • Custom routing

I like that it rings on both my computer and my cell phone, and I can call out from either one. I also like that it tracks our calls in one easy app, and records and transcribes calls as well. Probably best suited to small to midsize companies, and not larger corporations.
