Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

The Catering Sales Team uses Dialpad as the click-to-dial software to call customers. Dialpad provides several benefits: the Sales Team's efficiency, phone number management, and call coaching.

Pros

  • Easy to use and easy to log activities in Salesforce.
  • Management of phone numbers.
  • Ability to listen to calls for coaching.

Cons

  • Support doesn't always give timely responses.
  • Occasionally, the connection can drop, and there can be audio issues for no discernable reason.
  • Call Quality Increasing.
  • Number of voicemails left increasing due to ease of voicemail drop.
  • Able to track connection rate by time of day.
Overall, it's provided everything we needed and has been easy to use.
Other products we looked at did not work with our customized Salesforce environment.

We don't use the standard contacts object, but Dialpad was very easy to integrate and log activities. Therefore, we found that even with a customized Salesforce, Dialpad works well. Dialpad reports to find individual calls are great. However, the reports in Dialpad that show aggregate results are not customizable. We use Salesforce reporting for this.
