Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

Mostly we use it for the missed calls we receive from our healthcare professionals based in the US & CAN market. We drop them voice mails with all the information about our panel opportunities, rewards, etc., to understand more about the m-panels portal. We also use a link in the welcome email that redirects them to our registration portal.

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes due to various country accents we observe issues in transcript
  • Voicemail message need some fine tuning
  • Optimization required for voicemails
  • Solves our offline hours calls

Sometimes it didn't work properly due to low network, connection issue need to be sorted.
Mostly we use it for missed voicemails during offline time.

It's very helpful for our offline hours as we follow our time zone. voicemail messages are the most important to solve missed call issues. We have various team members working in different time zones to manage calling lines. Using this we manage our daily calling target & onboarding to our m-panels for US & CAN market.
