I use Dialpad meetings for a number of different use cases.
- Regular video meetings with our content creation staff to discuss strategy, timelines, and implementation
- Daily recording of a podcast that gets uploaded to MegaPhone.fm
- Occasional meetings with other journalists and content creators to discuss the team our website covers, the Dallas Mavericks. '
- Ease of sign up
- Use is intuitive, even if you're new to video meeting products
- Troubleshooting is straightforward
- Support is excellent
- The occasional re-design can make usage a but confusing
- Would like to see the timer placed in a more readily available place
- Would like the ability to download a meeting immediately after completion instead of seeking out the meetings tab
- Increase efficiency of the meetings which we need to record a lot. A simple click of the button and hosted on the cloud helps a ton.
- We've saved money as the product has been free for our use so far.
- The ease of use has helped us grow our content creation and website.
Dialpad was the first product recommended to me years ago and I didn't bother looking into anything else. All of the functionality fits exactly what I need. It's great. I stay with it largely because it's easy, works well, and I know what to expect when I use the product.
