Dialpad is a good phone system for sales teams who are not always at their desks
Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
At Tarkenton Financial, we use Dialpad as our complete phone system for both internal and external calling and communications. In addition to using the desktop and mobile apps, we also use physical desk phones which are integrated with Dialpad. Dialpad addressed the problem we had with our old phone system of being able to call and access calls and messages on our work line from anywhere, not just sitting at our desks.

- Chat feature works well but could be more robust in comparison to a tool like Slack, which we also use
- Does not seem to work very well with Apple CarPlay at times
- Allow users to edit their voicemail message from the app
