Dialpad Talk is a VOIP, texting, and conference platform. We have recently implemented it with our program and recruitment teams. Dialpad Talk has a direct connection to Salesforce, logging calls and text as activities, which streamlines our communication and improves our productivity. Dialpad Talk also offers voice transcription and recording options, which can be used for quality control purposes. Dialpad Talk also offers analytical data for calls and texting, which allows managers to review productivity.

We evaluated Zoom and 3CX.Zoom is still new to the game of VOIP and texting. Their Salesforce integration was not as smooth. 3CX was robust in options but they didn't offer MMS as part of the package with VOIP.
Dialpad Talk has a clean and "pretty" interface for the end user. It is simple to use for an administrator. The help desk recordings, documents, and customer support features are some of the strongest that we saw. We also liked the data and analytics that can be shared with our managers. The uberconference on hold music might be the best out there.
