Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

I use Dialpad to contact clients daily. Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and texting information back and forth. Sometimes I have to call a client to do satisfaction surveys. The app is very helpful so I don’t have to share my personal phone number. The call quality is always great and I’ve never experienced any problems.

Textnow had constant advertisements and pop ups. They would play videos after calls. I couldn’t stand the videos because you couldn’t even exit out of them. Even when texting there would be pop ups and advertisements in my texting thread. It had very delayed notifications. This is much better to use.

This is a great app to use when you have to stay in contact with dozens of people and don’t want to share your personal phone number. When the person who trained me and I replaced left, I didn’t have to create a new number. Dialpad made it easy to change the name on the account. I didn’t have to share a new number with clients.
