Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Dialpad Talk is used by many of our team in reaching out to and being contacted by vendors, clients, and prospects. The simple interface and voice calls are a good cost-effective alternative to smartphones (whose costly features wouldn't be fully utilized).
  • Integration with desktop. I can call and receive calls with my regular headset (used for Zoom calls) and it's always 'on' and doesn't require me to pay attention to another device (smartphone).
  • Live voice transcription is a novelty, but is promising. I haven't found a use for it yet, but it does help occasionally when I need to refer to an aforementioned comment.
  • Cross-platform support. It rings on my smartphone as well so that I can pick up my calls when I'm not on my desktop.
  • Caller ID can be more fully customized.
  • Make and receive calls without switching devices.
  • Definitely a more cost-effective options vs. buying a smart phone

Yes

Great for folks who are at their desk receiving calls. The interface is great and uses my existing tools (headset, laptop) to conduct phone calls. It means no more putting on different set of headset/ear pods with my iPhone, as well as a log of calls specific to my work conversations.

There is also company-level tracking of activity so you can determine if people who have an account should continue to have one.
