Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We used it to unite our team members that were working remotely. We also used it for call control and routing. Phone would ring and then go into a call queue for team members to answer when available. We used it also for texting with multiple clients and each other from one system.
  • Tracking text and transcribes without voice recording
  • Connects to other platforms and documents in real time or close to it
  • Resporging was easy
  • Using on different devices is excellent
  • Customer Services- they give you walk-through instructions but if you are worried about deleting something or making a mistake you will be waiting for support
  • Understand not everyone can follow step out guides. If someone ask for a human, they should be able to talk to a human and use the screen meeting to assist
  • Bandwidth - We have the highest bandwidth but Dialpad still echoed with calls, or the agents sounded underwater. If we put in the ether cord it worked great- Challenge is that most systems are not ether cord set - they are all Wi-Fi
  • Flexible on Pricing for startups
  • Tracking, documenting, and reporting
  • Able to use on all devices and still record to one system
  • It was great the first 7 months but then we had challenges with the sound quality
  • We had Comcast come in and check internet speed, put in boosters but the only thing that would fix it is using an ether cord
  • Using an ether cord is not possible as most laptops are not able to use them any longer
Dialpad is cost effective compared to Genesys but Dialpad and Zoom are within the same range except for the onboarding cost. Dialpad you set up yourself, where zoom has a set up cost of 3500. They will do a discount if you have a simple set up but only by a few 100. They do help though by stretching this out. Zoom quality is better where Genesys is the queen of all voip omni channels. If I had to rate = Dialpad is for under 5 people with low volume and a strong strong wifi. Zoom is for companies with no call centers and Genesys would be for call centers.

If you call volume is low - under 200 calls a month and you can be close to your Wi-Fi or ether connected Text and documentation is important than this is your tool! They excel at this part Call center services - I recommend a direct ring, call forwarding and then going into the call center queue caused a lot of disconnects do to speed connection

Using Dialpad Talk

6 - National Manager, Call Center Agents, and Main line for the company. There are only 7 people for our start up, so we all wear many hats and have many responsibilities to getting the company off the ground. Some of us talk to healthcare, others to contractors, and others to consumers. The director handles vendors, products, and when CEO or COO is not available.
