Our business uses Dialpad Talk on a daily basis to take incoming calls and book customers. Dialpad Talk allows us to set hours of operation and select an after hours number to transfer calls to so we can ensure we are taking care of every customer that reaches out to us. In addition, Dialpad Talk has allowed our Company to create different departments within the system so we can easily organize Sales, Accounting, Production, ect.
