Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona (formerly Crossmatch)

Currently in Pilot.
  • Ease of use.
  • AD integration.
  • None I can think off.
Like I said we are still in Pilot, so to early to tell now. But overall what we have integrated with, it does well.
Yes it has.
All internal and external web applications.
  • Too early to tell.
Not sure we looked at any other.
Overall happy with it. Still in Pilot so hard to give an example where it functions less appropriately. Only time will tell how it fairs. But overall we have been happy with it. Now that we are getting new laptops with biometrics scanner build into it. So we will see how it fairs.
