Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards
We use Diligent to construct board papers for our two main committees and to share confidential papers for other meetings with our Trustees and Directors.

- Builds books
- Allows manipulation and reordering of books
- Agenda creation

Cons
- Diligent changes the order of multiple uploaded documents, which can be frustrating
- Annotations - being able to add pages or documents into a book after publication and where annotations have been added by users - this would be REALLY useful for us as it happens quite often. The key would be to be able to attach annotations to a particular location and ensure they remain with the relevant text/page.

Not a problem for us - it is easy to provide temporary passwords to users who have forgotten theirs. Security is essential.
Diligent is the best performing package and although it is the most expensive, that was outweighed by performance, which is why we went with Diligent.
