Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Board & Leadership Collaboration (Diligent Boards)

At The Pew Charitable Trusts, we use Diligent as our Board Portal, Committee Materials, Resource Center, voting tool, D&O Module, Signatures, Questionnaires, etc. The scope of our Diligent use consists mostly of quarterly meetings; however, it is utilized throughout the year for assorted purposes.
  • Flexibility in managing permissions and access at the document level.
  • Revision capabilities.
  • Comprehensive one stop shop for our board.
  • Lack of congruency between OneClick and Diligent Web.
  • Printing in OneClick is still more robust than Web.
  • In my opinion, Customer Service lacking. (Provided web articles don't match concerns and include features not yet launched.)
  • Training for Admins seems focused on sales and newly developed web features that may not be applicable to the Admin's tasks.
  • Rules for Admins have changed without proper communication.
  • In my experience, there is severe latency with uploading and launching documents. The server page does not seem to reflect status issues in real-time.
  • Visual result features for the questionnaire module are at additional costs. (Charts and Graphs)
  • Committee Building
  • Permissions
  • Resource Center
  • Voting and Questionnaires
With the use of Diligent for the past eight years, this question is not applicable to our organization.
