Their customer support for TeamGold is good. I think board members, though, have a hard time finding out who to contact for customer support.
Diligent Boards allow us to communicate securely with directors outside of the organization.
Boardvantage was in some ways better with the ability to do a global search of a term, security features, and also the ability to edit documents within the portal.
