We use Diligent to maintain corporate records for a two hospitals, one foundation and 11 committees.

My only example will be that the web base version does not have the ease of one-click and items are most often hard to find and maneuver.

This rating is reflective of my satisfaction with my account manager, the customer service associates and everyone in between.

I must admit that the watermarks were a problem for our board members but other than that the security is great.

I would recommend Diligent because it's a good program and there is always support at all hours of the day.
