Diligent Board allows our organization to quickly create board books, create repositories with reference material and collaborate between directors. The ability of diligent board to share files, documents and messages provides a great level of productiveness. We can also use it to assemble other document packages rather than just board book.

- You need to toggle between a reviewer and a prep person.
- There is slowness when jumping from one page to another.
- Password recovery and reset should be improved.

Diligent really provide us the flexibility to share the board materials securely within the board members. It reduced the risk of any data breach. Diligent make sure that the confidential information are safe.
