Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use Diligent Boards for preparing and viewing board and committee materials for meetings. Organising books that have numerous reports as well as other reading materials in the resource centre.

Pros

  • Organising board papers into books for easy navigation
  • Providing templates for agendas and minutes

  • Agenda style can be improved for user friendliness
  • Reference function for footnotes
  • Organisation of board and committee books and materials
  • Assist directors navigate board books with an agenda to refer to
  • Streamlined processes for the board to access meeting materials
Team Diamond have improved their service over the years and are very responsive now. The most important thing for customer support is efficiency and speed of response. We don't reach out often but each time it is dealt with quickly.
Unauthorised accounts cannot access board materials. Limited access by directors or non-administrator accounts prior to publication helps control what users see.
Our CISO and governance executive explored options and decided Diligent was a good balance of functionality, cost and security.

Appropriate for preparation and publication of board materials, and allows directors to easily navigate through long papers or books. Less appropriate for preparing written resolutions and other standalone documents.
