Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

I use Diligent to manage meeting papers and hold governance type information for how our entity works and the resonsibilities the directors have.

Pros

  • Meeting paper upload
  • Meeting paper linking
  • Easy sign up of new members

Cons

  • Everyday functions like minuting should be free
  • Calendar
  • Paper upload and boardbook availability
  • Long gone are the days of sending suitcases of meeting papers around New Zealand
customer support has always been available when i need it, and always with quick solutions to any issues I might have. I have receveid the same feedback from Director's that have used the service.
It has great security and allows us to share sensitive papers on a secure network
None of the other products I have looked at have the ability to link papers across books so they have all been dismissed by me.

It is just so easy to use and very intuitive. I have had two new board members join us and they have been able to access and read papers straight away. This makes it very easy from a Board Secretary point of view.
