We use DocSend to send monthly updates to the broader organization on what is happening in our particular charter
Pros
- Seamless sharing of docs
- Being able to see viewer impressions
- Being able to see which sections of the doc the focus was high
Cons
- Integration with our existing infra could be improved, especially Notion
- Could go one level deeper into data and directly generate actionable insights
- Being able to make recommendations in real-time when you're writing the doc even before you publish it

- We can share the reports anywhere agnostic of platform

- Notion and Google Drive
I have tried Notion and Google Docs earlier. Even though Notion helps me know who has viewed the doc, and their last visit - it still doesn't tell me how many times has a doc been visited, which areas did they focus on. Google Drive only lets me know the change history of the doc but not any sort of view history. DocSend excels in all of these scenarios.
