Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
We use DocuSign on a daily basis to sign 1-50 pages of documents. It saves all parties in the cost of paper and toner and is way more efficient than having to mail documents through snail mail back and forth. It also keeps the quality of our documents clear and readable versus the old way of faxing back and forth, which often times would have been faxed four different times, leaving all documents barely readable.
Pros
- Easy drag and drop.
- Find people and emails of people already in the system.
- Quick and easy upload.
Cons
- Template matching for real estate documents is horrible. Can't be used. Boxes checked by consumer, print way out of area given for the mark.
- An autosave feature would be nice. On the rare occasion after having dragged and dropped signatures and dates, the system shuts you out. Leaving you to have to restart all over again. Can be very frustrating if you have 30-40 pages to get through.
- Employee efficiency
- Money and supply saver
Digital Ink is offered free for realtors thru their document program. Most people don't realize that once the document is signed and forwarded to another person, some or all signatures have magically disappeared. Often they are also signed with initials that are so small they can barely be seen. And what customer service? Is there any? if so, it is very hard to find how to contact them. DocuSign has always been there for customer support for me. As I hate phones, its nice that they will communicate with me thru email as well to solve my problems.
