Overall Satisfaction with Domo
Domo is used to visualize data across all of our systems at Civitas Learning. Most of our departments are using Domo, but it's primarily used by the operations and sales teams. We use it for everything from creating team dashboards to managing company level OKRs. It's great to use in slideshow mode as well to cycle through important metrics in real time.
- Very easy to build KPI cards
- Very easy to build pages for individual teams
- Easy to assign access to the right team members for appropriate cards
- Great support team
- Beast mode functionality could be improved with better training
- Formula number fields created in Domo should be able to be used as a summary number
- Currency fields from salesforce reports show up as text
We've only used Domo, but I know there are a number of BI tools out there that many companies use. Domo might be more expensive but it is very powerful and easy to use and seamlessly connects to most of the software we use internally. Their support team is also excellent for when we need help building cards or troubleshooting data sets.
