Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
DonorPerfect is used in our development and PR department. We mainly use it to track donors and potential donors, but also for event management and financial reporting of our donations to our accounting department.
- Flags such as relationships or donor types (linking residents of our retirement community to their children or grandchildren).
- Linking donors to other donors or to businesses (such as linking a donor to the company he works for or owns).
- Tracking memorial donations.
- Event Management! It is very very basic and could definitely be expanded and improved.
- Definitely increased employee efficiency.
- Also better customer service as we have all the information on each donor at our fingertips.
I have not used any other programs, such as Raiser's Edge, but it is my understanding from co-workers who have that DonorPerfect is superior.
