Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect

My organization uses DonorPerfect to track both donors and volunteers. It was tough for us to find a program that encompasses both resources and we are extremely thankful to be able to configure the program to meet our needs.

Pros

  • Track volunteer hours.
  • Track donations and donor information.
  • Ability to create and export reports that meet our needs.
  • Responds extremely well to customer service inquiries!

Cons

  • The ability to create reports using multiple pages, rather than only one option.
  • Increased reporting efficiency.
  • Increased donor retention.
  • Increased volunteer engagement.
DonorPerfect fit with our budget and needs the best out of any other option.
The key question for us was to ask about customization. There really is no "one size fits all" as all organizations are different. The most important aspect of DonorPerfect is having that ability.
