Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect

We use it for all of our gift processing and also weblink and donor pages. We are pleased with the software and are satisfied.
  • Ease of entry/Online version.
  • Tech support is great.
  • Reporting versatility is great.
  • Import option works great.
  • I do not fully understand the compound criteria for reporting.
  • Continue tips would be helpful.
  • DonorPages is still a bit clunky.
  • It has been a resource tool in our development and fundraising efforts.
  • Entry is fast and receipting is quick and so our turn-around is within 24 hours and we are sending out a receipt.
  • Our donors have confidence that we are processing gifts accurately.
For the price and ease of use - DonorPerfect came out on top. I did not select DonorPerfect---the organization I work for has been using it for several years now.
DonorPerfect works great for our organization--I actually did some research two years ago and we found that for the price--it is a great option. Again, the reporting is an area that I would like to know more about and receive better training.

Evaluating DonorPerfect and Competitors

It needs to be functional and accomplish accuracy, ease of reporting and receipting.
Not focus so much on pricing - but difficult to do when you work for a non-profit organization.

DonorPerfect Implementation

Again was not part of this.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - It was a good move for the organization as I understand it.

I have not had any problems or disappointments with support. They are a great team!

Yes - Yes--most of the time it was something they were aware of maybe at an update.
Yes--we were trying to run a very complicated report using lots of criteria and after I explained they not only ran the report but sent me steps for future use.

Using DonorPerfect

Slightly below 10--only the complicated file pulls and criteria are hard to understand.
