Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

My organization works 100% remotely and are 100% online. Dropbox helps us stay organized and instantly allows us to share large documents.
  • The amount of space we have for our files to be able to save, share, and access amongst our remote team.
  • The ability to recover files even if one team member accidentally deletes something. (This has been HUGE for us as a corporation.)
  • The ability to share with folks outside of our team.
  • I use Dropbox personally and professionally. I wish there was an easier way of seeing both of those files without having to sign in and out everywhere.
  • The easier ability to learn about features. I don't have a whole lot of time to mess with things, but want to maximize the tool's potential.
  • An easier way to gauge how much space I have remaining. I often find myself cruising along, and all of a sudden am shut down due to lack of Dropbox space.
  • Organized and therefore better employee efficiency
  • Seamless way of coordinating projects between clients and our team, allowing more project efficiency
  • Better customer reviews, which drive sales, because we are so seamless on the front end with the client, and on our backend on our team, due in part, to Dropbox's ease.
  • Copy,Google Docs
Much the same. Except more people are on Dropbox, which makes it easier to share. Also, Dropbox allows you to store actual files vs. content like we do in Google Docs.
It's less expensive than anything else... not only because it's at a valuable price, but also because everyone is already on it, and everyone already knows how to use it.
What are you sharing? With whom? How big is your team? How big are your files?
