You need internet access to get to your files.
Fees will apply if you exceed your file size limit.

Increased employee efficiency as I don't have to move files around as much.
Easy to share files with colleagues who have dropbox.

Dropbox has more traditional interface I'm used to vs Google Docs. Anytime access with internet connection makes it easier to use than a company file server. Like icon it installs on your desktop menu bar making it only a click away to get to.

Likelihood to Recommend

How large are the files you want to store on it (fees apply after you reach a overall storage limit)? Do you always have access to an internet connection where you will be accessing these files?
