Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I have been using Dropbox for 10 years to share photos and documents with guests who come [to my retreat], and also for other purposes.
I have been unable to share folders or files for 2 weeks, and there's been no response received from the Support Ticket I have placed... and no way to contact support that they will respond to.
Dropbox support has since contacted me and fixed the problem.

- Used to be good for sharing Folders and files
- Could be easier to open a ticket to receive support
- Is good for providing shared photos
