We use Dropbox for file sharing and file storage. There are a lot of files that quite a few people work in so this is how we get around it.

Pros

Generally very reliable with no issues with saving/uploading files or sharing
Pretty easy to use

Cons

Sometimes syncing seems off between users, not syncing properly
