Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use it as a remote server to collaborate on projects with each other, as we are all working remotely from different offices. We also use it to share completed projects with clients. This cuts down on printing and shipping. It also allows us to provide drafts before finalizing projects. Email simply will not suffice with the size of documents we send.

Keeping track of individuals work over a specific time period. Keeping files from permanent deletion. Sharing large files with coworkers and client without using large files over email. Saving the money, man power, and physical footprint of maintaining a physical server. Providing tech support when necessary. Customer service has always been excellent.
