We use Dropbox in multiple ways. We use it for storing data/flies. We also share files with clients to see new product and pricing. Dropbox allows for easy updating of pricing and product for our customers to access 24/7.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Give us the ability to put pricing on Dropbox for our customers and update with the latest details so the info is always up to date
We store all of our company data on Dropbox so all employees have access to the most up to date info.
We are able to store multiple years of data to always have access to past information

Cons

I'd like to be able to more easily use Dropbox on my ipad and phone like downloading presentations
I'd like to be able to give multiple customers Dropbox links to easily access our Dropbox without giving them access to our whole Dropbox info.

Return on Investment

Huge impact. This is the sole place where we store all company files other than Salesforce for CRM

Dropbox has made it easier for our company to store files and presentations for our internal team and also share links to our clients. Larger files seem to be more difficult to share and harder to share with multiple people.
