Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Being a CPA, my license requires that any PII (personal identity information) or financially sensitive information be sent via a secure portal. Dropbox is the most user-friendly and easily accessible software to achieve this goal. Since obtaining PII and financial data is essential to my work, Dropbox is a valuable tool necessary to perform my job.
Pros
- Interface is very user friendly
- Syncs with my computer
- Is secure, including 2 step verification
Cons
- Stop requesting clients to be added to my "team" when I share their client folder with them. Clients are often confused by this request.
- I wouldn't say this affects my ROI, but protects me from a liability standpoint.
