Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is where we save all files for all 400+ clients. All of our files are backed up and secure. Additionally, we have varied levels of access so personal information can be saved and not visible by some employees.
Additionally, we are looking it to several AI options and all work with Dropbox already.

Pros
- Searches for files
- Allows easy movement between folders
- Integrates with our soft ware system
Cons
- We do experience sync issues from time to time when not all users are 'up to date'
- New employees need 2-3 days of leaving their computers on to download Dropbox files
- We do need to constantly add licenses as we grow, at a cost, however, they do allow licenses for employees who have left to be reassigned.
- Double factor authentication helps with RFPs
