Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We all work from home. Dropbox is used to keep files centrally located. We have over 400 employees plus others outside this branch of the organization.

Pros

  • Store information
  • Provide links to files

Cons

  • In my opinion, syncing is not great. I don't know if it's because of the magnitude of our use. But we often have issues with syncing, so much so that we have often waited a very long time (over 10 minutes) just for files to show up for other users.
  • I do not own this business. I don't know the answer to this.

Syncing is huge; it's the main reason people use it, so it should never pose any problems. :)
