Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Our organization uses Dropbox to ensure our global employees have easy and safe access to company materials. Dropbox lets us keep documents secure, track access, limit changes, and collaborate efficiently. We have a dedicated series of folders to support multiple teams managing hundreds of clients, suppliers, and projects.
Pros

- Provides easy access to critical documents from the desktop or browser
- Allows for seamless collaboration on frequently-used documents
- Enables limited access to materials when required
Cons
- Search capabilities could be improved
- Easier favoriting and personal organization system that links to frequent documents without impacting others
- Dropbox has saved me time by allowing me to easily find our documents and keep me from having to reinvent the wheel
- Dropbox has come in handy when colleagues are out of the office and I need to reference their work but don't want to bother them
- Dropbox has allowed me to work seamlessly while traveling to share and access the files I need most
Dropbox is similar to SharePoint, but I have found that the search functions are better and DropBox also makes organizing and accessing files offline easier.
I love Google Drive, but am limited on using it because many of my clients and stakeholders are in China.
