Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as a file sharing platform for our management members. I, personally, keep copies of client proposals and billing/tax information. My team members are then able to see what I'm working on, make appropriate edits/notes, and it's saved in real-time which is incredibly helpful.

Cons

  • Multiple users being able to work in the same document at once
  • ROI
  • Staff participation
I prefer OneDrive for the fact of multiple user collaboration in real-time, but overall satisfaction goes to DropBox.

If you're wanting to have real time sharing, with the ability to have someone else in your file making edits at the same time, this isn't the right place to keep that file. I'd reccommend OneDrive instead.
