Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox daily to store and manage client documents and files. Each client gets their own link upon signing on with our firm where they can securely manage and upload items to their files instantly without having to email items.
- Organized
- Instant uploads
- User Friendly
- Secure
- Customer Service/ Chat option
- Resolve issue for those that are uploading after being sent a link.
- Makes finding documents a breeze.
- Ability to edit a pdf directly from Dropbox without having to upload in another app and download to edit is a huge plus.
- Compliant File Share
Dropbox is more user friendly, cost effective and the ability to access anywhere is a huge plus.
