We send photo and production instruction via Dropbox to factories in asia. We get back possible print designs or design photo from factories to approve/choose.

Pros
- Sending large files
- Sending photos or design ideas
- Sharing files with multiple parties
Cons
- better integration with window 365 as some times, the photos load slower on the computer than on the phone.
- Faster uploads so the file can be viewed from any media - computer and phone
- We were able to hire freelance designer to do the work from asia and was able to save on design cost if we used the freelancer in US.
