Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox deals with the issue of having documents and files ready on hand and allows users to work from any device and have the ability to pull files with ease. It also allows for groups to collaborate and organize files with workers who don't have physical contact with one another.

Pros

  • Ease of Access File Sharing
  • Friendly UI and File Integration
  • Dependability and Realiability

Cons

  • Sometimes there's an issue with pulling files from Dropbox where the file pulls as 0 data and then works when re-pulled via File Integration
  • Even though this is an expense, we currently do not have the capabilities to set up an internal server and this is our current means of being able to collaborate with one another.

Definitely useful for businesses that do not have an internal server set up with access to a VPN. So, it is most likely a great tool for businesses starting up that have employees across different areas that need to have the ability to quickly access files and share work amongst one another.
