Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Our primary use is to share files with partner organizations. We receive client referrals from those organizations, which often have already created or reviewed important documents. Being able to receive those documents saves us time and effort. Email would not be a suitable alternative due to PII in the documents that we need to protect.
- Simple user interface
- Excellent reliability
- Ease of sharing files
- The administrative roles available are somewhat limited. As the account owner, I have the ability to make any changes, but aside from a user management role, I don't have any other ways of granting targeted permissions. There is no permissions management role, for instance. I would need to grant complete control of the account to someone in order to enable that.
- Dropbox has reliably filled a need for us.
