Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I use Dropbox on a daily basis, multiple times a day. It is essential to my business. As a sales person in the trade show and events industry, we are dealing with elaborate structures that require lots of detail. On a all day long I am given giant art files and Cad files by customers that simply can't be sent through email, no problem for Dropbox. Customers can drop what they want to send to me right into my Dropbox from a link in my email tag. I can then transfer those files in seconds to my team across the country. The product is awesome...
- Saving work, I am never worried about losing my work if its in Dropbox.
- Transferring work between team members, I can send big folders filled with files to other team members in minutes.
- Ease of use for customers, I can put a link to my Dropbox in my email where customers can drop any files they need to share to me right into my Dropbox which takes away extra steps for me and them.
- I'm sorry im not a software guy, the product does everything i need it to do.
