Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I work in a global healthcare company where we share files across various regions. The ability to share files and updates with teams is very important. The sign in process is very easy and setting up file hierarchies also is straight forward.
Uploading and downloading files is easy to understand

Pros

  • File organizing
  • Uploading/Downloading file
  • Sharing files
  • Fast speed

Cons

  • Files once set up sometimes get cluttered. If there is a way to have pull down screens for files it might be better
  • Positive ROI on building accuracy in files and documents, allowing more precise schematics and faster times for decisions
  • Very useful for managing projects on a tight timeline

I think sharing files amongst colleagues on technical details is great to see the progress being made in the file.

Perhaps reviewing images and design files is less easy than word documents, as I find it harder to add easy comments
