Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use it to organize and store all our images for our business.

Pros

  • It is easy to search to find the files I need
  • Easy to organize folders
  • Easy to upload, copy or move files

Cons

  • It is sometimes hard to download a file or group of files.
  • Download only sharing with people outside my organization
  • Expensive to add more users rather than a price model based on storage space
  • It is expensive and thus is a huge expense for our business
  • good ROI in regards to sharing files outside the org
  • Organization is a bit unmeasurable in terms if ROI
It sits in the middle of these two. iCloud is expensive and hard if you are not on an IOS device and google is a bit the same but on an android front. Dropbox is a bit more agnostic on this front.

It works for the most basic needs we have. We do find that there are duplicative files randomly throughout our Dropbox. We want to create a folder that can be shared with our wholesalers that contains important images and docs that they can use to sell our products.
